  7. MedSys Professional is a medical office management system for a physician's
  8. office. Main features include appointment scheduling, patient management,
  9. patient and insurance billing, visit management, and monthly reports. With
  10. MedSys Professional, users can schedule appointments by doctor; keep track of
  11. working hours and days off; send reminder and recall cards; select patient,
  12. family, or guarantor billing on a patient basis; store patient allergies; and
  13. dispense medications during a visit. Visit information includes unlimited
  14. procedures for up to eight diagnoses. MedSys Professional also allows users to
  15. relate the procedures to the diagnoses for insurance purposes. MedSys prices
  16. procedures by doctor for flexibility; bills up to nine levels of insurance
  17. automatically; and sends monthly statements to the patient, family, or
  18. guarantor. Full Accounts Receivable is included. Users can enter patient and
  19. insurance receipts; print deposits report, management report, and standard A/R
  20. journals; and track and collect bad debts by patient or by family. Optional
  21. integrated Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger modules are also
  22. available.
